In today's post, I have provided information about men's Saucony Triumph 11 running shoes and women's Saucony Nomad TR running shoes. The information on this page was sourced from Heavy.com and Saucony.com. Happy reading!

Shoes: According to Heavy.com, here are a couple pairs of shoes that ranked as the best running shoes for men and women.

Men's: Saucony Triumph 11 Running Shoe (Price: $91.00 on sale)

Many runners find that the midsole on their shoes wears down over time. The Triumph 11 aims to resolve that problem with its innovative POWERGRID construction, or powerfoam material fortified with unique GRID technology. The result is a material that absorbs impact and distributes pressure as evenly as possible. This neutral shoe is ideal for serious runners looking for a shoe that can withstand the demands of higher mileage. A reflective screen print on the back heel offers an extra bit of safety on dark roads.

Women's: Saucony Nomad TR Running Shoe (Price: $110.00)

The Nomad TR has a PWRTRAC outsole that’s engineered to adapt to various terrain types while providing excellent traction and durability. Its oblique toe last shape and 1-piece upper construction deliver a sock-like fit and feel for every mile of your run.

For Extra Support:

** For extra support, I always run with an orthotic insole in my shoe. It adds an extra support for my arch and actually helps to keep my knees and hips from any pain during and after my run. There are some that are soft, but you need to go with one that is tough enough and will last. My personal preference is Orthaheel. Click here to find out more about them.
