Progress Fridays: My Experience with Getting Back Into the World of Running
My Runs:
** Keep in mind that I only time my actual run time. I do not count the stop/rest/walk time in between.
** All of my times are recorded using the Nike + app.
August 28, 2015:
walked: 5.50 miles for 1 hour, 17 minutes and 21 seconds
August 29, 2015:
walked: 5 miles for 1 hour, 16 minutes and 7
September 2, 2015:
ran: 1 mile
time: 7 minutes, 11 seconds
weight: 177 lbs
stops/rests: None
cool down walk: 1 mile for 15 minutes and 30 seconds
September 3, 2015:
interval training: 4.82 miles
time: 1 hour, 11 minutes and 52 seconds
weight: 177 lbs
stops/rests: during my run I did interval run/walk training
** As I continue to run, I will continue to monitor my progress. Hopefully I will keep sticking with it!
