This week I was only able to run two days. Reasoning behind this is that I went down to Tybee Island, GA to be with family and see some friends. I unfortunately forgot to pack my tennis shoes and I didn't think it was wise to run in flip flops. I was able to ride my bike, but it was more for joy and to check out the scenery. In another post, I will share pictures of Tybee Island, GA and talk about being able to relax from my running last week. Here is what I have been able to accomplish so far this week.

**Keep in mind that I only time my actual run time. I do not count the stop/rest/walk time in between.
