I have used both of these products in the past and found them to mix very well without clumping. They also taste great! So, when should you have a protein shake? If working out, then you can have a pre-workout and a post-workout. If you are running, I would suggest having one only as a post-workout drink. Below are two products from GNC: GNC Pro Performance Amp Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 and GNC Total Lean Shake 25.
